I wish ask you something about the way that Google Maps API works in regions of Latin America specifically in Colombia. When I search a route in United States for example like this:
event 1: http://maps.google.es/maps?saddr=I-65+N&daddr=Wilsonville+Rd&hl=es&sll=38.237101,-85.450287&sspn=0.536089,1.352692&geocode=FbieRwId5obj-g%3BFUCbRQIdiOTo-g&mra=dme&mrsp=1&sz=10&z=10 I can see in event 1 in settings that the route is marked with a purple color, also it shows the route for autobus, bicycle and walk as I choose. If i search a route in Colombia like this: event 2:http://maps.google.es/maps? saddr=4.6281,-74.080839&daddr=4.653593,-74.084101&hl=es&sll=4.629468,-74.055233&sspn=0.085037,0.169086&mra=mift&mrsp=1&sz=13&z=13 I CAN NOT see the same settings on the route of event 2. I mean Google Maps API just shows the starting point and the end point but it doesn't marks the route in purpure color and it doesn't shows the routes in autobus, bicycle and walk. Now my question is: Why this problem happens here in Colombia? Why Google Maps API puts this limitation of routes in Colombia? can i solve this problem? if i could, how can i solve it? Si busco una ruta en Colombia así: evento 2: http://maps.google.es/maps?saddr=4.6281,-74.080839&daddr=4.653593,-74.084101&hl=es&sll=4.629468,-74.055233&sspn=0.085037,0.169086&mra=mift&mrsp=1&sz=13&z=13 NO PUEDO ver la misma configuración en la ruta del evento 2. Me refiero a API de Google Maps sólo muestra el punto de partida y el punto final, pero no marca la ruta de color púrpura y no muestra las rutas de autobús, en bicicleta y caminar. Ahora mi pregunta es la siguiente: ¿Por qué se presenta este problema aquí en Colombia? ¿Por qué Google Maps API pone esta limitación de las rutas en Colombia? '¿Puedo solucionar yo este problema?¿En caso de poder hacerlo, cómo lo haría?
