> So how do you do, when you do not know the full name of the street in > googlemaps?
You supply what information you have, and Google will try to match it up as best as it can. You may or may not get one or more near-matches. The objective of the geocoder search is to find one place that you are looking for, not to find all the places with some bit of text in the street name. Google will NOT get all the streets in the world that have a fragment like "gua" somewhere in the name, and will NOT get all the streets in Antigua, and so on. It's not that kind of mass search service. > I could see the maps of OpenStreetMap is not update, how to actualize it I have no idea. http://forum.openstreetmap.org/ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API V2" group.
