I have been searching everywhere to find information on how to create a map like the one found at the link below.
http://www.skousenadjusting.com/map.htm I would like to create one for every state. I have not been able to find any documentation on how this is done. I contacted the owners of the site and the coder that completed it is no longer in business. I basically want to gray out all other states and countries.
