The reason is that you have spaces in your Static Maps' URLs.

You have
http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/staticmap?center=51.45847266936098,%20-0.30705928802490234&markers=51.45847266936098,%20-0.30705928802490234&zoom=16&size=460x250&sensor=false
which is different to
http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/staticmap?center=51.45847266936098,-0.30705928802490234&markers=51.45847266936098,-0.30705928802490234&zoom=16&size=460x250&sensor=false
