I have been using Google Static Maps on a web site for about two years. Until recently, it has worked fine. We use address markers, and we let Google Maps automatically determine the zooming and centering. But starting recently the maps are no longer zoomed to the correct level, nor are they centered correctly.
For example, the URL below now results in a bunched up pile of markers, instead of being spread out more evenly. Also, the markers are no longer being centered correctly, and when I manually insert a zoom level that would be appropriate, some of the markers are off the map even though there is plenty of room. I read the latest version of the Google Maps API V2, but I do not see any changes that would have affected this. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix?
