Has anyone really nailed the iPhone UI with google maps in a webpage or web app?
I haven't seen many examples of google maps running well in a web page on the iPhone. By well I mean, primarily, when navigating and multi- gesture zooming and rendering. For instance, in the google maps app, when you zoom in, before you lift your hands off the screen, the map renders giving you a smoother experience. When using the web api's, the rendering waits until you're done with the zoom in gesture.
