The first thing to consider is the morality of stealing someone elses work.
Have they placed it in any sort licence that allows you to freely copy it. Is it 'open source'? Also the data they are using may not be 'free' - are you allowed to copy that too? The technicality of it - vastly depends on what sort of map and data talking about. At the most basic might just be viewing source on the original site.
