It will help you enormously if you get yourself a browser with some
javascript debugging tools.
My browser tells me that
function setDirections(locale, fromAddress, toAddress1,
toAddress2, ) {
has a problem with the unwanted comma at the end
Your HTML is very invalid by the way, more than one <head> and <body>
sections
