When you got your key (I assume it was a short key around 30
characters, not an 80-character one) you should also have enabled the
service(s) you wanted to use it on.

Ensure that you are not still using the plugin shortcode anywhere.

However, without a link to the site, it's not really possible to guess
what's going on.
