No, they are not stored anywhere. The answer *used* to be simply to recreate them, because any combination of allowed URL and Google account would always produce the same key. Now though, Version 2 (long) keys are no longer available and you need to generate a Console key. You can use Console keys with Version 2 maps provided that Version 2 is enabled for the key.
