@ Tammo thanks a ton man, i have been looking to solve this marker position (
showing top left corner ) problem from last two days my client was after me ..

and your below code
[ map = new GMap2(document.getElementById('map'), {size: new GSize(645,250)}); ]
did the trick for, me the marker is showing in center now, works like charm ...
