Thanks Nicholas But sorry for the misunderstanding. What I am looking for is to Add Multiple Destinations not Waypoints. Anyways I have found it in http://code.google.com/p/gmaps-api-issues/issues/detail?id=1421. It looks like this feature is not available in V3.
