I know the perils of working on the bleeding edge, and most of our sites will remain in V2.
The future of incident command however, is on smart phones and tablets that can sense their own geolocation wih GPS. For this we need the V3 ability to get geolocation in the field units. Also the architecture of the V3 code seems very promising. David C.
