Yes, i meant the scrollwheel (sorry for the confusion), isnt it a bug?,
since dragstart or dragend should only happen (according to the doc) when the
user stops/starts dragging the map. Since the scrollwheel is not "dragging"
anything, it shouldnt happen, right?
