It does the same in IE7.

Try adding a DOCTYPE declaration.

at the bottom of that page, MS says that only some DOCTYPE
declarations will cause IE to go into "standards compliant" mode.
(What standards they are talking about only they know) ;-)

Also, try adding the IE7 compatibility mata tag:
