The mapTypes property of google.maps.Map is listed as MapTypeRegistry. However MapTypeRegistry is not defined anywhere in the documentation. Inspecting the property makes me think it is simply a MVCObject as well as the usage in the MapType interface in the overlays article. Is this correct?
