Hi Mariella,

So it sounds like your concern is that loading a v3 map will slow down the
rest of your page for users who don't interact with the map, as there will
be ~20 HTTP requests for tiles, JS, etc. that these users don't need.  Your
request sounds reasonable; please file a feature request in the issue
tracker and we'll take a look.
