Hey chandra,

The problem sounds related to tile data, which we don't control in other
parts of the world. The "improving underlying map data" section on this
page provides some possible ways to resolve this:

====

If you notice that our underlying map data is incorrect, you can report that
error to the provider of that data. Our data providers are listed in the
lower right-hand corner of the map. In some cases, you'll have to zoom in to
see the specific provider for that area.
Some providers include:

   - Google (U.S. Only): Report a
Problem<http://maps.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=162873>allows
the reporting of map issues
   - Google: Map Maker <http://www.google.com/mapmaker>, where available,
allows editing of base map data
   - Tele Atlas: report a map error their using their Map
Insight<http://mapinsight.teleatlas.com/>system

Other providers will be added as tools become available for users to submit
corrections. If you don't find your local data provider in the above list
and Map Maker isn't available, please locate the correct data provider using
the instructions above and contact them directly. "

Hope this helps,

Dann
