1) Have not done any deep study about the ToU, but I do not have seen
anything
which would prevent this.
2) I use JavaScript API v3
3) I will provide codes as soon as possible with screenshots. Anyway
this is very simple.
Basically the same problem is there if I take the simplest example
of google maps v3
