Thanks all, have managed to get much closed to the solution. It's now
more of a JS issue, as for some reason the array I've put together
with some more help is crapping out due to one of the fields having a
space in it.

Appreciate if anyone could take a look over the code to make sure I've
got a working solution for this - and identify why a space would be
causing it to foul up. I'm nowhere near the world's best JS
programmer, specially considering I've only just come to grip with
arrays from this exercise.
