Hello Everyone,

I am working on a project for our agency to aid in damage mitigation after a
severe weather event. Basically we need 2 pieces to make the project
complete. First I have to create a form and send that data to a remote SQL
database....that shouldn't be too hard creating and HTML form and passing
the data with XHR. The problem is with the second part and tying the two
together...that is the ability for emergency responders to snap a one or
more photos then upload the image(s) to the server or service (like flickr)
when they submit the form. I guess the data from the form could include the
url to the image if it is stored on an image hosting service.

I'm not sure how to access the camera or stored photos on the iPhone and tie
it into the form.

Any ideas on where to start or how to make the camera/photo reference in my
form?

Thanks so much for taking the time to look at this with me.

Jack
