the kmls that have groundoverlay have suppressinfowindows true. looks like the map still pans with one finger unless it's a groundoverlay one. Only Recent 911 Incidents has suppressinfowindows false and I get one-finger pan there but not in any of the others. Touching the markers there pops up the infowindow sometimes but more often than not nothing happens when clicked.
