I had to create a custom pano in order to show the panorama object in my own
div at the same time as it shows the map.  Since it doesn't appear there is
any way to show the markers on both the map and the panorama if you use a
custom pano, I have had to create 2 separate markers for each marker that I
want to show on both the map and the pano.

In order to link the dragging of the markers between the two maps, do I just
need to set the position of the other marker during the drag event?  Or is
there a more simple way of accomplishing this?
