Normally when I see errors like this in my code, it's something subtle I did - like forget a "new" keyword when creating a LatLng object. That's why it's important to post a link to your site so we can help debug the issue.
I realize your map is embedded in an application, but you could create a sample standalone version and see if the same errors happen there. You might get more responses that way as well. When nobody else has reported the error, it seems unlikely that the bug is in the Streetview code.
