I've customized mine a bit to get more of the functionality out of the api
v2; however, I still don't have a full screen button as of yet.  But I was
able to get the street view overlay to show up without having to drag the
pegman, although it was a bit of a roundabout way of accomplishing this.  Do
you need some references for examples?
