I have to say I disagree. I admit I don't know alot about google maps
but the open(map:Map|StreetViewPanorama, anchor?:MVCObject) at
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/reference.html#InfoWindowOptions
clearly make provision for 2 arguments.

However, I tried it the way you suggested and the marker and then the
location as lone arguments ... it made no difference.
I then commented out the entire infoWindow code and it was still the
same result.

The marker is still in the top left corner. Can you perhaps suggest a
way to re-orient my map so that it is centered? That should also
center my marker.
Just how to do that ... ?
