Yes, it seems to be caused by this line
{style: g.MapTypeControlStyle.DROPDOWN_MENU }
If you replace DROPDOWN_MENU with another constant the warning goes
away.
Maybe some incorrect css in the dropdown menu.

The validator reports this document as valid.
