Hi there, I'm hoping that someone out there will be able to give me some help with styling a map. Here is what I have put together so far: http://naganogo.com/nozawaonsenvillagemap.html its a pretty simple map which gets its markers from a google spreadsheet.
I would love to style it something along the lines of this: http://naganogo.com/styledmap.html, just to get rid of clutter and make it look a bit more wintery. My coding ability is quite limited and pretty much everything i have done with the maps api so far has been finding tutorial with features i like and copying the code. I have been unable to find anything suitable for my purpose, or even a working example of a styled google map with markers that I could learn from. I like the usability of the google spreadsheet map, but I don't mind loading the map from an xml file either. Is there anyone out there who could help by pointing me in the right direction?
