Yes, correct, but setting the suppressinfowindows-option
diables all kml-layer infowindows disregarding, which layer it is
assigned:

var ctaLayer = new google.maps.KmlLayer('kmlfile.kml',
{suppressInfoWindows: false});
var ctaLayer2 = new google.maps.KmlLayer('kmlfile.kml',
{suppressInfoWindows: true});

-> both disabled

var ctaLayer = new google.maps.KmlLayer('kmlfile.kml');
var ctaLayer2 = new google.maps.KmlLayer('kmlfile.kml',
{suppressInfoWindows: true});

-> both disabled

var ctaLayer = new google.maps.KmlLayer('kmlfile.kml');
var ctaLayer2 = new google.maps.KmlLayer('kmlfile.kml');

-> both enabled
