Do you know the bearings of each corner? i.e. do you know how you want
your square aligned (exactly north-south for example).

See your other post for formula for point at distance and bearing. You
can work out just two (say NE and SE), and use some subtraction to
calculate the other two more simply.

A square on the spherical earth's surface may not appear square when
projected onto a Mercator map.
