Hey Mr BoDangles,

I guess you can use this Values.

Changes in equels Distance
---------------------------------------------------------------------
     1° (degree) ≈ 111 km (110.57
eq’l — 111.70 polar)
   0.01° (degree) ≈ 1.11 km
 0.0001° (degree) ≈ 11.1 m
    1′ (Minute) ≈ 1.85 km (= 1
nm)
    1″ (Seconds) ≈ 30.9 m

now you can add or subtract 12.75"W (Seconds for 315 meters ) value to
the original Long.

So you just have to add or subtract 12.75" from the original Long.

Keep in mind this value will be diffrent for Lat calculation.

Let me know if it works :)
