Hello everyone i have searched the internet and so far have come across nothing that will assist me, i have a RSS feed dynamicly creating from a MySQL Database using JSP, it has lat and long in the feed, it appears to display correctly, the coords are in each entry, but my map doesnt appear to be picking up the rss at all, it will not attach any of the feed as a layer..
i dont know whats going on, unfortunatly i can not supply you with a page, as the page is a internal networked thing, i am suspecting that this is part of the problem. i can see both the map and the rss feed, but is the rss feed data is gathered externally by the api, rather than upon load on the users computer.. then it would be trying to access something it cant not access.. the more i write the more it seems likely that i can not get this to work unless i give outside access to our internal network -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps JavaScript API v3" group.
