I am needing to generate a KML layer based on user defined itinerary. However, I do not see how I can post to the server the itinerary points (easily > 2000) for the generation of the kml layer other than putting them all into the URL string - which could easily become too long.
Two questions therefore : 1. Is there an API which would permit my server to interrogate Google Maps directly for the itinerary data ? 2.
