All UI Events are supposed to pass the event object to the handler. However in V3 maps, event object is not passed to the event-handler when 'rightclick' happens on a marker.
An issue is filed already for this: http://code.google.com/p/gmaps-api-issues/issues/detail?id=1851 way back in Oct2009.
