Hi, I do have a problem with:
marker.setMap(null); to remove markers on my map. The code can be found below which is part of a chrome extension. The important function is codeAddress at the very end of the file. As you can see I set a marker based on the country a user selected from a list. The problem I have is more a sequence problem. I somehow need to create the marker object before in the code to probably delete existing markers before creating a new one. But I can just not figure out how to best change the code to do that.
