If you're looking to add something like the GAdsManager (v2) in your v3 map, then you'll have to wait for that feature to be released. I'm guessing it's on the list of things to do but there's no telling when it will happen. I suggest in the meantime you use regular AdSense outside the map and when the equivalent to GAdsManager is released for v3, add it into your map.
