I gave it a go on IE8 and got an error because preventDefault() isn't
supported on IE DOM events, so you'll have to test whether it exists
before calling it:
if (that.getDraggable()) {
e.preventDefault(); // Error: Object doesn't support this
property or method
e.returnValue = false;
}
