In my experience, the page will not move in your desktop/laptop
browser if you set the user agent to be iPad/iPhone/iPod.  I think
that's because the whole functionality of the map is changed to work
with the touch technology of those devices which your desktop/laptop
does not have.  If you want the map to work on desktop/laptop, don't
set the iPad/iPhone/iPod user agent.  If you want to test a page for
that user agent, use an iPad/iPhone/iPod.
