Hey guys,

We want the API to be simple to use, and not burden the developer with
understanding the web of dependencies that exist for a particular feature.
We have designed the v3 API to delay load code as necessary, and we take
responsibility for ensuring that only the minimum amount of code needed for
a given site is ever loaded.
