Dear Sanuk, I am the author of MapTiler and GDAL2Tiles open source projects (http://www.maptiler.org/). My company (Klokan Technologies GmbH, http://www.klokantech.com/) offers rendering of map tiles as a service. We can deliver high-quality tiles with anti-aliasing, color corrections, sharpening, automatic clipping and merging of sheets and with efficient file size optimization for very fast delivery - from the cloud or a traditional web hosting. We are rendering on a computer cluster (Amazon EC2) with an advanced and significantly improved version of our software, which can be customized according the needs of the client.

(it runs great also on mobile devices such as iPad, iPhone or Google Android mobiles thanks Google Maps V3).
