Well, then we can't see the problem you are having doing that.
I know that I can write code to do that, but I don't have any real
need to.
If you follow the posting guidelines an post a link to your map that
shows what you are trying to do that doesn't work, someone may be able
to give you advice to fix it.
If it is an internal site, you should review the Terms of Use to
verify you comply.  If it is proprietary, you can always post a
sanitized version (based off the link above) on free hosting
somewhere.
