I am no Google expert but the following approach has worked for me.
Trouble is caused by an overflow = auto on the parent div that was not there
on the same div in V2.
Give your content div an id. Then
document.getElementById('xxxx').parentNode.style.overflow=''; added
immediately after the infowindow.open removes the overflow style from the
parent div.
Our div has a fixed width and contained a similar amount of content to yours
including a number of links. Have a look at the previous discussion from
29th August.
