Our v3 map has been in production for several months and this morning we could no longer get the overlay InfoWindows or Markers to display. After spending hours trying to debug our code we found Google map sample pages with the same issue. I can download and view the Kml in Google earth without issue. This would seem to indicate that this is an api issue that would be fixed in the near term.
