I am very new at Google Maps. I am trying to load a custom KML file in my site at Violette.com. I used the example for KmlLayer from the API web site and am able to display the example file shown there (cta.kml) as long as I request it from the same source shown in the example. I have downloaded and saved cta.kml in a folder at my web site but it will not display if called from there. The file is saved at http://violette.com/MapFiles/cta.kml.
