On the max zoom the rectangle is not where it should be at. It's like it's moving down on the y-axis. Are you not see the same thing? I am making a map with custom tiles, and animating markers from sample position data. I wanted to use Overlayview class to get the graphics rotating. In this example I have I draw both the markers and the Overlayview icon on the same position. But (as I mentioned) it seems the overlayview is not showing correctly on close to max zoom levels.
