Hi all,

I have a question regarding the usage of the Google Maps API. After
reading the terms and conditions I cannot figure out if a commercial
(premier) license is required for my project.

Here's what it does:
- users enter a start- and finish location
- Google Maps API calculates and draws a route on the map
- based on the distance of the route I make a custom calculation that
displays some additional information to the user
- depending on the route, some markers will be shown to the users

What it does not do:
- charge end users to use the application (it is free)
- requires end users to log in to get access to the map and the data

I want to sell the application to a local authority.

Will this require a premier license or can I go for the free version
of the API?

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Robert
