Is it just me, or has the KML scheme location changed such that <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <kml xmlns="http://www.opengis.net/kml/2.2/";> <Document>
should now be <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <kml xmlns="http://schemas.opengis.net/kml/2.2.0/";> <Document> I certainly can't find the existence of the former.
