What codes are you talking about? The documentation? Don't expect people to explain you how to code..
Read a Javascript book, and learn how to code. Then read the Google Maps API documentation. Then you will figure out, what technology you need for the features you want. I guess it is possible to add YOUR OWN street view photos.
