Unfortunately we don't offer suggestions from an API. However, some people have found it adequate to use the geocoder results from what the user has partially typed in. This seems like a bit of a hack to me, but I would suggest taking a look and see if it suits your requirements. However, you need to be careful about rate limiting and not sending off too many requests.
