<MultiGeometry> is supported - I use it.

Each placemark can contain either a <style> node or a <styleUrl> which
references a <Style id="XXX"> node that is a direct descendant of the
<Document> node. The <Style> node contains definitions for icons. For
a basic example, take a look at
